AI text transforms in every Windows application

Use your AI in any app.
Stop copy-pasting into ChatGPT.

Copy the text, switch windows, paste it, type a prompt, wait, copy the answer, switch back, paste again — fifty times a day. PasteSuiteAI deletes that entire loop: select text anywhere, press a hotkey, and your own AI rewrites, translates, corrects, or summarizes it in place. You never leave the document.

Eight steps become one.

The chat-window round trip costs a minute and your focus, every single time. Here it collapses into a keystroke.

1

Select the text

Highlight a sentence, a paragraph, or a whole page — in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Slack, WhatsApp Web, your browser, or your IDE. Whatever app you're already in.

2

Press your hotkey

Each action is a prompt you defined, bound to a hotkey, a chord, or a mouse button. "Fix grammar" on one key, "translate to English" on a side button, "make it half as long" on a chord.

3

The result replaces your selection

Your AI runs the prompt and the answer lands exactly where the original text was — in place, formatted as text, ready to keep working with. Prefer to review first? Show it in a pop-up next to your cursor instead.

Your prompts, promoted to muscle memory.

A chat window makes you re-type the same instructions forever. PasteSuiteAI turns them into reusable, triggerable actions.

Any prompt becomes an action

Write the instruction once — "rewrite this professionally", "answer this email politely but firmly", "explain this error" — and bind it to a trigger. From then on it's one keystroke, on any text, in any app. Full guide in the Actions docs.

Chain actions into pipelines

Feed one action's output into the next: translate → summarize → format as bullet points, all from a single trigger. Multi-step transformations that would take five chat-window round trips run as one keystroke.

Any provider. Any model. No lock-in.

OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, Azure, Groq, DeepSeek, OpenRouter, any OpenAI-compatible endpoint — or a fully local model on your own hardware. Pick a cheap fast model for quick fixes and a frontier model for the rewrites that matter, per action.

In place, or in a pop-up

Choose per action whether the result replaces your selection directly or appears in a floating overlay near the cursor — read it, copy it, or refine it without switching windows either way.

Speak instead of type

The same tool gives you AI dictation in every app — and a voice layer for Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code. Dictate the context, then transform the result: that's working at AI speed end to end.

Nothing passes through us

Your text goes straight from your machine to the provider you chose — there is no PasteSuiteAI server in between, no account, no analytics backend. With a local model, it never leaves your machine at all.

Bring your own AI — keep your own data.

PasteSuiteAI is a tool, not a middleman. You connect the AI you already trust with your own API key; the key is stored in the Windows Credential Manager, encrypted by the OS, never written to disk in plain text and never logged. Requests go directly from your machine to that provider.

Want zero cloud involvement? Run a local model and every transform happens on your own hardware. New model ships tomorrow? Plug it in the same day — no waiting for an app update, no vendor lock-in.

Common questions.

Which AI providers are supported?

Practically all of them: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Mistral, Azure, xAI Grok, Groq, DeepSeek, OpenRouter, Perplexity, and many more — plus any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, custom REST API pipelines you define yourself, and local servers like Ollama and LM Studio. You can mix them freely and assign a different model to every action.

Do you see my text, prompts, or keys?

No. PasteSuiteAI has no servers in your data path — requests travel directly from your machine to the AI provider you configured. Your API keys live only in the Windows Credential Manager on your PC. We operate no proxy, no inference backend, and no analytics service that your content could pass through.

Which applications does it work in?

Anywhere you can select text on Windows: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Slack, WhatsApp Web, every browser, IDEs, PDF readers with text selection, note apps. Actions are system-wide — there is no per-app setup and no list of "supported" programs to check.

Can it run fully offline with a local model?

Yes. Point PasteSuiteAI at a local model server such as Ollama and your text transforms run entirely on your own hardware — no API key, no per-request cost, no data leaving the machine. See Local AI Models for setup.

What does it cost?

You start with a 7-day unlimited trial — no credit card. Afterwards there's a free tier with 15 AI actions per rolling 24 hours, and non-AI features like plain-text paste stay free forever. Pro is €29/year incl. VAT for unlimited AI actions, cancel anytime. AI usage itself is billed by your provider at their rates — or costs nothing with a local model. See pricing.

How is this better than the ChatGPT desktop app?

A chat app is still a separate window: you carry text to it and carry the answer back. PasteSuiteAI works the other way around — the AI comes to your text. The transform happens where you're writing, your saved prompts fire from hotkeys instead of being retyped, and you're free to use any model from any provider, not one vendor's.
