PasteSuiteAI™ is a trademark of Keynaptic GmbH.

Free tier: Licensed for personal and commercial use, subject to the daily usage limits described in the pricing plan. Pro: Sold as an annual subscription (currently €29 per year, incl. VAT where applicable). The subscription auto-renews each year; you can cancel anytime via the Paddle Buyer Portal, and your current paid year stays active until its end.

Seller of record: Purchases are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd., United Kingdom / Paddle Inc., USA), which acts as the merchant of record and issues the invoice.

All usage is governed by the PasteSuiteAI End User License Agreement (EULA) and the Terms of Service. For trial, free-tier limits, and activation details, see Licensing & Trial.

No redistribution — You may not share, publish, or distribute the software or any part of it.
No resale — You may not sublicense, rent, or sell access to the software.
No reverse engineering — Decompilation, disassembly, or extraction of source code is prohibited, except where mandatory under applicable law (e.g. EU Directive 2009/24/EC).
One user, one license — Each license is personal and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Termination — Violation of these terms results in automatic revocation of your license.
